Osteopathy restores the self-healing force of the tissue. By manual techniques we try to help the body to find back its path towards healing and health.

One of the important techniques used, is the listening technique. In this course we dive into the specific tissues and look at their ability to repair. What forces are necessary to stimulate the tissue? What does embryology show us? What is the influence of the different receptors? How can I influence the lymphatics, the venous and the arterial system? How do I work on the central nervous system? How do emotion, psyche and trauma influence the tissue and how can I treat this?

In the three days mainly practical course the osteopath gets more tools to effectively treat the patient and learns how to use what technique, in which situation, in every patient.

Class hours: Thursday and Friday 09:00 - 17:00 (lunch break 1,5 hours) and Saturday 09:00 - 15:00 (short lunch break)
